The Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS® has announced the 2019 winners of its Annual Achievement Awards! Colony Realty is pleased to congratulate several of our top associates, who were honored this year. The BRAR Awards were established to recognize outstanding REALTOR® members of the Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS®, who have attained certain designated goals of salesmanship.

Awards are composed of two separate and distinct categories: Individuals and Teams.

BRAR® HALL OF FAME

Lisa Cox was inducted into the BRAR® Hall of Fame. The prestigious Hall of Fame designation is awarded to exceptional agents that have Achieved President’s Club Volume Requirements 5 out of the last 7 years.

 

SALESPERSON OF THE YEAR

Dan Whitacre was named the Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS® Salesperson of the Year for 2019. The highly regarded Salesperson of the Year award is presented by BRAR® to the agent who demonstrates character, integrity and quality of service to clients, as well as outstanding sales volume for the year.

President’s Award: $6,000,000+ in closed sales volume – OR- 45+ Closed Transactions
Platinum Award: $6,000,000+ in closed sales volume – OR- 45+ Closed Transactions (Hall of Fame Members that have achieved the President’s Club Volume Requirements)
Director’s Award: $4,000,000 – $5,999,999 in closed sales volume -OR- 18 to 29 Closed Transactions.
Diamond Award: $15,000,000+ in closed sales volume -OR- 45+ Closed Transactions
